We are a dedicated group of rockhounds living in an area with no rocks, but we don’t let that stop us from enjoying all aspects of the hobby. Member interests include, but are not limited to:

The Playground Gem & Mineral Society is housed in the historic old city hall building located at 17B First Street in Fort Walton Beach.Our general meetings are held the second Monday of each month, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Board meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month, also at 7:30 p.m. and are open to all members.
